Business Development Manager

About the role…

You’ll be finding, developing and pitching opportunities in the legal, financial and consulting industries.

This is a role for somebody with current success in a business development or client/candidate facing role – and a desire to rapidly develop their career.

The role involves:

  • Producing proposals and responding to client enquiries
  • Developing new business from leads & enquiries; Closing sales; Filling events
  • Client meetings, pitches, lunches, etc.
  • Working with the team to produce marketing plans that achieve specific objectives
  • Participating in brainstorm & planning sessions

Ideal skills:

  • Email & Content Marketing

Senior Marketing Executive

This is role for somebody with 3-5yrs experience, digital and marketing skills and (most importantly) a desire to rapidly develop their career.

About the role…

This role focuses on digital advertising (e.g. Google Ads) and copywriting/content creation – both for ourselves and our clients.

You will have…

  • Minimum 3yrs experience in a similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google, Paid Social, etc.) ideally within the B2B space
  • Experience managing large budgets (ideally on behalf of clients as well as internal budgets)
  • Strong copywriting/content skills
  • A proven track record of planning, launching, maintaining and optimising successful ad campaigns
  • Proactive thinking around potential advertising campaigns
  • A willingness to teach others and share knowledge
  • An understanding of the wider marketing landscape
  • Experience creating high-quality and error-free written content for a variety of professional audiences (long and short form)
  • The ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
  • A dedication to high-quality output

  • Writing short-form and long-form content
  • Managing paid advertising campaigns (social and Google Ads) and managing budgets
  • Leading/participating in brainstorm & planning sessions for a variety of marketing campaigns
  • Planning marketing strategies that achieve clients’ objectives
  • Developing your own areas of marketing expertise, so you can be a go-to resource for the rest of the team
