MArketing account manager

About the role…

This is a role for somebody with digital marketing knowledge, client relations experience – and a desire to rapidly develop their career. 

You will have…

  • At a marketing agency, as an account manager or project manager
  • Speaking to clients and relaying proposed activity back to the team
  • Calling and speaking to potential clients 
  • Leading and/or attending meetings with clients
  • Juggling internal and external deadlines and expectations
  • Managing multiple projects 
  • Working to deadlines
  • DESIRABLE: Experience building and executing strategies that achieve client vision, strategy, and goals

The role involves:

  • Developing relationships with clients and managing their accounts—both internally (making sure the Propero team knows what needs to be done for each client) and externally (managing expectations with key stakeholders and being the final eyes on all work being sent out)
  • Phone calls with new prospects and long-standing clients
  • Presenting in front of clients and attending client meetings
  • Managing multiple projects at once
  • Responding to incoming enquires and performing outreach activity (calls and emails mostly).
  • As you gain experience, you’ll be developing bespoke marketing proposals and pitching them to clients, new and existing, to help them solve specific marketing problems and grow their businesses.

Digital Marketing Executive

This is role for somebody with 2-5yrs experience, digital and marketing skills and a desire to rapidly develop their career.

About the role…

This role focuses on digital advertising (e.g. Google Ads) and copywriting/content creation – both for ourselves and our clients.

You will have…

  • Minimum 2yrs experience in a similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google, Paid Social, etc.) ideally within the B2B space
  • Experience managing large budgets (ideally on behalf of clients as well as internal budgets)
  • Strong copywriting/content skills
  • A proven track record of planning, launching, maintaining and optimising successful ad campaigns
  • Proactive thinking around potential advertising campaigns
  • A willingness to teach others and share knowledge
  • An understanding of the wider marketing landscape
  • Experience creating high-quality and error-free written content for a variety of professional audiences (long and short form)
  • The ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
  • A dedication to high-quality output

  • Developing your own areas of marketing expertise, so you can be a go-to resource for the rest of the team
