THE CHALLENGE.

Like all law firms, Holborn Adams are extremely busy with current cases. They needed an approach to marketing that allowed them to cut through the noise, and deliver right-fit leads without needing to find the extra resources in-house.

Not only were they looking for lead generation services but also to elevate their position in their key target markets and increase awareness of the Holborn Adams brand.

THE WORK.

To evidence Holborn Adams’ extensive experience of cases in two sensitive markets – personal tax and medical, Propero leveraged a combination of its Client Attraction Process (CAP) package and content service.

The sensitive nature of the subject matter was carefully considered throughout the copywriting and design phases. The team’s usually successful approach to distribution needed to be reconsidered and handled more delicately. A personal introduction was made to all those that received the content pieces – a hard copy letter signed by Holborn Adams’ more relevant contact.

Since working with Propero, Holborn Adams have increasingly outsourced ad-hoc copywriting responsibilities to Propero.
