THE CHALLENGE.

Vialex offers an alternative type of legal solution — one that appeals to businesses that have experienced a surge in growth and don’t have sufficient legal capabilities in-house. Usually, companies with a relatively small headcount but high turnover.

The new model of legal support that Vialex offers isn’t well known. This means that educating the market is a priority and explaining the benefits of the service is a challenge – especially as it is different from the conventional model prospective clients may be used to hearing about.

THE WORK.

To educate the market on Vialex’s services, we produced a services booklet. The offerings are positioned in a way that addresses any potential concerns regarding a ‘new’ legal option, capitalises on the cost-effectiveness of the model, and showcases the experience Vialex has working with similar businesses. The design balances the traditional expectation of what a Law firm ‘should’ look like with the new, more future-focused approach Vialex offers.

In order to start conversations with the market about these services, we put in place a Client Attraction Process (CAP) package. This adds new potential clients to Vialex’s sales funnel by leveraging gated content, social advertising and automated nurture sequences.
