To generate interest and increase the number of prospects in the sales funnel, we rolled out a Client Attraction Process (CAP) package.
As part of this campaign, Propero created a comprehensive guide that addressed a ‘pain point’ of Intelligent Office’s prospective clients – inefficiency within administrative support functions. This was then promoted through a targeted advertising campaign. We also wrote and deployed two stand-alone email sequences; one to those new to Intelligent Office’s service offering and a second to those familiar with the brand.
The scope of our services increased to include ad-hoc design and video work, branding pitch documents and video collateral for website pages and sales pitches.
Within the first nine months of working with Propero, Intelligent Office’s Heads of Operations & Managing Partner opened up a line of communication with 16% of the business’ dream client list. This list includes Heads of Operations, CEOs and Managing Partners of the top 150 law firms in the UK, meaning valuable new relationships for the company.
Alongside regular blogs and a monthly newsletter, which maintains regular touchpoints between Intelligent Office and potential clients, Propero supported four new business pitches by producing high-quality, bespoke content on-demand.
